Integrated the salesforceplatform application to AI Engine for predictive analysis of issues in the client’s various medical products. This involved multiple web service callouts to AI Engineto get response based on the keywords that are send in the initial request and certain configurations in custom metadata. A total of sixcallouts(REST based) in totality is made and based on the payload received a minimum of one and maximum of three lightning data tables are rendered on the screen which helps the customer to make informed decisions based on the past failures and helps the company save hundreds of thousands of dollars in the long run

Description

Designed and developed complex expense recovery application involving multiple systems
namely an informatica application that ingested cases into salesforce, a UI lightning page for users to manually create cases and another third pary service which created cases into salesforce as an inbound webservice. From the lightning page there were fields which when filled called external services to get the information like Vendor info and Invoice details and when cases were created other than manual an apex trigger mechanism made the calls one after the other that had chained queueable jobs because of the complexities involving callouts and DML operations.The company saved thousands of dollars on the whole expense mechanism as it earlier used a completely paper based and manual entry system
