Description: The scope of this project is to collate the KPI data from various data sources into a single reporting interface which allows seamless and real time information available in a standard visual format. Currently these reports are published though multiple sources and the purpose of this project is to have a single Power BI dashboard available to the CIO & GTC Leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Developed PLSQL package to process the various data source to combine them together.
• Designed ETL workflows to get the data sorted and filtered to the stage layer and after stage layer to the reporting layer.
• Designed the charts and the dashboard in MS power BI to publish the combined view for the end users.

Description: To meet Gap requirement of processing an auditing function of cross channel transaction from a warehouse. This process was to identify the difference if inventory between PFI system and WMS systems.

Responsibilities:

• Actively involved in Database design.
• Developed PLSQL package to process the audit file with items and location details.

Designed weekly resync interface in PLSQL and UNIX to synchronize RMS system inventory and Warehouse physical inventory

Description: GAP is American multinational clothing and accessories retailer. In order to expand their business in Mexico, they had opened stores in Mexico but under US organizational hierarchy. As merchandise is shipped from US, concept of custom duties and duty drawback has been implemented in system.

Responsibilities:

• Actively involved in Database design.
• Customize various Oracle RMS package to implement up charge and duty drawback concept in Allocation and Shipment flow in RMS.
• Updated WAC calculation to include duty drawback amount.
• Developed new PLSQL package to map duty drawback transactions to GL.
• Have coded PLSQL package to feed Shipment transactions at division level to GL.

Description: PFI is a comparatively new system of record in Gap’s IT infrastructure that integrates

perpetual and financial inventory i.e. a centralized place to view inventory data and to track

movement of inventory throughout the supply chain. It exploits RMS’ (Retek Merchandizing System) stock ledger to account inventory. All other functionalities like Purchase Orders,

Transfers, Inventory adjustments, etc. are provided by various legacy systems which interact

with PFI, which is center of transactional information.

It’s a live support project where we provide 24*7 support to the applications belongs

to the module. Meeting SLAs for different applications to get completed and releasing the

dependency to other applications before time that has been set as SLAs are the key point of

this project.

Description: Optimization of existing interfaces and data load jobs in PFI. Archive the irrelevant foundation/inventory data from Database and purging of item/packs from system.

Responsibilities:

• Design data stage jobs to identify Styles to be purged from PFI system based on purging logic.
• Create packages to purge foundation/inventory data for purge styles from system.
• Purging of Price information from RMS base table based on exchange partition logic which enhance job performance saving 3 hours/day for SLA critical path.

Created views used for generating reports by Business.

Description: This project aims at reaching out to patients who have opted to be a part of the program which helps them in reminding their medication expiration dates and their visit to the doctors and to the pharmacy. The continuation of the same project involves sending out confirmation mailers and messages to the patients who have opted in for the program as a remainder.

Responsibilities:

• Created PLSQL packages to filter out the patient information from patients’ system.
• Gathering information about the patients’ medication and scripts from base tables of the DW system.
• Created multiple views for generating reports by Business users.
