Description: The scope of this project is to collate the KPI data from various data sources into a single reporting interface which allows seamless and real time information available in a standard visual format. Currently these reports are published though multiple sources and the purpose of this project is to have a single Power BI dashboard available to the CIO & GTC Leaders.

Description: PFI is a comparatively new system of record in Gap’s IT infrastructure that integrates

perpetual and financial inventory i.e. a centralized place to view inventory data and to track

movement of inventory throughout the supply chain. It exploits RMS’ (Retek Merchandizing System) stock ledger to account inventory. All other functionalities like Purchase Orders,

Transfers, Inventory adjustments, etc. are provided by various legacy systems which interact

with PFI, which is center of transactional information.

It’s a live support project where we provide 24*7 support to the applications belongs

to the module. Meeting SLAs for different applications to get completed and releasing the

dependency to other applications before time that has been set as SLAs are the key point of

this project.
