As the technical lead, I worked with a team of Boinformatics researchers in building a tool for predicting the hydrophobicity of proteins.

I trained and evaluated the deep neural networks using training data, and linked these networks to the user-facing web interface. 

Worked on the backend of a CMS built with Django for storing and viewing 3D models.
Created the initial DB structure, as well as other backend functionality.

Liaised with employees at The Tagging Team and scoped the initial project. Built a web-based CSV analysis tool over several iterations to meet their requirements for automating some internal analysis work. Deployed the system sucessfully and provided 1 month of post-implementation support.
