The scope of this project was to customize & implement few Oracle EBS modules that had been implemented through third party consultant. The modules were – A. RIMP (Redried Inventory Movement Planning) - This module would automate the stock movements plan from Plant to Warehouse considering the capacity, capability, item and customer preferences. It created plan for weekly bucket, providing day-wise activity plan and also created daily plan; B. WOP (Warehouse Operations Planning) - Module to automate the warehouse activities, considering the input given by user and auto generate transactions from sales/shipment data.

Description
This was a very long-term project for implementing the Oracle EBS, for the business, first time leading around 150 resources (both external and internal) and the implementation partner. This EBS was to replace independent isolated IT solutions which were operating across the business units (around 35 independent systems) and provide a single solution covering modules like AP, AR, FA, Costing, OPM, Inventory, Purchase, Sale etc.
After implementation, I have take for entire support responsibility and developped several modules by customizing the ERP as per Oracle Standard process as per business requirement.

Business wanted traceability and control based on the quality checks in its business called SPICES, particularly in chilly products. Since chilly is an edible & export oriented product, lot of quality verification was being done, in the process and thus automation through IT was proposed. The project aimed at development & implementation of such solution to capture the Chilly data, starting from buying to sales, bag-wise, using barcode reader on HHT application. System had been divided in two modules a) HHT application to capture and generate the transactional data to process in the ERP; B) Custom screen to capture and process the data.
