1. Managed the development effort for an SAP upgrade from ECC 4.6 to ECC 6.0 that lasted over one year.
2. Created and implemented all procedures and documentation to ensure the SDLC was followed by the SAP team.
3. Managed the development effort of changing from Esker to Adobe for document management; thus, saving the company time and money by bring the functionality in house.
4. Built, maintained, trained, and improved a team of seven developers.
