Mr. Arias has more than 10+ total years of experience working with complex frameworks
and Object-Oriented languages. His attention to detail and his ability to plan-ahead
enables him to work diligently and in a timely fashion. He has provi...d his ability to plan-ahead

support across several different projects that are built around Java, HTML/CSS, PHP,
Android, Python, C# and Windows Embedded Systems. Mr. Arias’ experiences with
various servers allow him to partake in a team-oriented environment as a resourceful
asset and lead with conviction. His knowledgeable background in Openshift, Cloudera,
Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, Glassfish, Apache, Bitnami and Google Cloud allows him to
recognize certain patterns when configuring servers that give him the edge to
troubleshoot and problem solve at an exceptional rate. Over the years, Mr. Arias has
proactively taken on challenges regarding encryption of all kind and has shown great
interest in cryptography, leveraging him a great level of understanding in secure
communication between hosts. He enjoys working on his company Micro, Llc, repairing
PC’s, and developing Mobile applications for his clients in his free time.
