Order Management System is a blend of different order operations screens, like Order / Portfolio Summary with pivoted / grouped orders where in one can amend, pause, cancel a group of orders; then there are others like, Orders, Rejected Orders, Algo Parameters, Market Orders, Alerts all built with reuse of generic controls we have built as a team. The UI connects to the OMS engine through the OMS facades over the underlying message bus which is 29West in this case. Built new data structures to accommodate for incoming low latency high frequency updates for updating UI at a tamed down rate.

Description

The agenda of this project was to extend the existing EVE framework (as explained in my last project details), so as to make it UI agnostic for both WINFORMS and WPF and reuse the same set of underlying core services for both the UI containers. The scope included extending CAGs code, writing adapters for the expected interfaces. The underlying motivation for this innovative attempt was the accomplishment of ultra-low latency in systems so as to reflect all the ticks of market data received instantaneously, which also led us to evaluate all renowned third party controls for high performant grids.
