- Level 2 and related system developments with process models, machine learning, production intelligence, and big data processing, etc., each Level 2 system with about a million lines of C++ code, with Oracle, etc. as backend;
· Cascade Steel (McMinnville, OR) three Level 2 systems for optimal operations of Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), Ladle Metallurgical Furnace (LMF) and Caster;
· Evraz Oregon Steel Mills (Portland, OR) Level 2 system optimization to eliminate hard-and-thin product's defect, to add in metallurgical models and machine learning logics
· POSCO production line upgrade to add raw processing equipment in existing line, with nine contradictory factors to be satisfied at same time
· NISCO Level 2 system to improve production models accuracy and to modify model related logics, so the capital investment utilization ratio increased from 30% up to 90% (high ratio)
