APT is windows-based application which works in online and offline mode. Application takes setting from azure-based application which defines Audit process based on country, language, industry, sub industry and accordingly show Auditing process into application. Its uses Azure active directory authentication, Radius cache for caching, Blob for storing all documents.

CEAT tyre has very vast salesforce implementation. It has Salesforce CRM, Sales cloud, service cloud customization, Integration with SAP, Rest API integration, Role & Profile, Territory Management, Workflow, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, angular.I worked on the module for Complaints and Claims using Visual Force pages, jQuery, JavaScript Remoting and Remote Objects. Also implemented integration with SERCO (CTI). Integration with SAP was done using SOAP.
