Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsibility as Project Manager and take care of all project initiation and Risk management for the project.
  • Preparing Weekly status report to client by projecting the Risks/challenges in order to meet the timelines.
  • Attend the Weekly Status meetings with Business and Offshore meetings related to Project Management.
  • Involved in Estimation and Resource Planning for the project.
  • Responsibility on the work products which is delivered from Offshore
  • Review all code changes to be delivered from Offshore
  • Tracks Project Projects
  • Responsibility to deliver the products on the committed date from user.

  • Make sure the on-time delivery of the Offshore development and Testing.
