The project takes care of all functionalities in the company which includes Application/Reports Development and Maintenance. A huge number of reports are developed using Seagate Crystal Reports 9 & 10 and implemented in Microsoft Visual Studio Application.

Client is a restaurant located in Singapore. The Application helps to receive the orders from Customer and generate Invoice for the bill. The Order details entered by sales man will be automatically get printed in Kitchen using this application.

Client is a leading Insurance Provider and currently consolidating Claims systems into one core platform. As per the law passed in Europe, the European expired records needs to be masked with Encrypted string in all source and target systems. This application will mask the Personal Identification Information present in all Target systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsibility as Project Manager and take care of all project initiation and Risk management for the project.
• Preparing Weekly status report to client by projecting the Risks/challenges in order to meet the timelines.
• Attend the Weekly Status meetings with Business and Offshore meetings related to Project Management.
• Involved in Estimation and Resource Planning for the project.
• Responsibility on the work products which is delivered from Offshore
• Review all code changes to be delivered from Offshore
• Tracks Project Projects
• Responsibility to deliver the products on the committed date from user.
• Managing Resources and Deliverables.
• Make sure the on-time delivery of the Offshore development and Testing.
• Requirements Review, data analysis.
• Functional Analysis Development.
• Design and Development of reports using Informatica 9.1.
• Peer review and Client interaction

Key Reporting tool used is SAP BO Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence and around 160 reports developed using SAP Crystal Reports 2013.
