We have replaced science logic with our new in house project. We fully customized zabbix. And done integration with service now ticketing tool. And used mariadb as a database. Currently we also done telegram integration for alerting. We are approximately monitoring 15k devices including IBM, Linux, windows server and network devices also.

If something happen (like accident, etc) on the road with customer in that case customer can talk to Vehicle Insurance Company’s agent using these app and show his damaged car/ vehicle or evidence with video chat and screen sharing. Developed two applications web app for company and Android/iPAD application for customer (Body Shop Client). In these applications also have functionality to take snapshot during the call and Agent also can update the claim detail in the call. Developed the web-service for iPhone application where customer can see the appropriate question based help on the page such as to see what is my balance? Etc. and also given the service to client where they can also search the help topic by keywords used (Elastic Search). Created Delta-Import service on the Elastic Search to update the database local cache. Now creating the admin services where they can add/update or delete the help question from database. All these service are REST based and Request/Response was Json.

Implement the logic to call the service on the behalf of iPhone’s session. Because in the many question we have to show the correct value such as if customer choose what is my balance? From iPhone we are receiving A/C no, session detail with all cookies and hitting the balance service from backend and returning the response to iPhone/android. Same like this if iPhone client asking what is my routing number?

Basically this application is a ticketing system for organizations employee. If employee facing some issue with system/mouse/keyboard/internet then they can raise the ticket from this application and in application will be notifying to IT support team and employee regarding ticket status and to whom this ticket is assigned. On the state of ticket resolution employee will get the appropriate notification email. If employee want headphone/headset etc. then again from this application they can raise the ticket and based to requirement it goes to respective manager for approval and after managers approval it assign to respective department. In case of rejection automatically notify the employee with description which is mention by manager. In this application also have given the report mechanism from that employee can see the all open/closed/reopen/rejected status tickets with appropriate comments.
