Description: ProField is a Generic Product, which is used to get the real-time information on the Field. Profield is designed as a more configurable application which can be easily fit into different entities. for example meter reading, meter replacement, fault detection and Field survey. Fieldworks is the advanced version of the Profield, developed using MVC and Entity framework.

Handheld development done on the C# using Xamarin(Andriod and IOS) and Windows CE, Both the versions are in the field.

Description: AIF is framework, which is developed in the Visual studio 2008 SDK. This framework helps to develop multiple customer care agent’s application made their work easy. Main goal of this framework is reduce AHT (average call handling time). This is successfully implemented in the MasterCard call center and Directv call center.
