Working as part of support and development team where the focus on developing and improving the SCDI (Service Configration Data Integration). The tool which integrates the data for an entire enterprise to manage and confiure IT systems from different systems like CMDB, ITAM(IT Assent Management Tool), Eventing and Monitoring tools, Discovery Tools(ADDM).

This project helps Auditing the accounts enterprise wide globally. The project helps to configure KPIs depending on the country and policies. KPIs can be configured according to the local rules and policies.

The challenges faced in this project are to integrate the data from different modules and systems like Sales, Finance Marketing, HR, etc.

Nielsen Mobile a division of The Nielsen Company has launched a product called On Device Metering. The ODM product will be based on data collected from mobile phone user handsets via an application on the handset which logs the user behavior. The data is transmitted to a central collection system, where it will be processed and reported.

This is a Datawarehousing project which would help Mobile makers in deciding future manufacturing models by helping them to choose features, applications, OS etc to be used in their new models. Other feature of this data warehouse is to help the customers to choose the Mobile application or websites where they can give their advertisements. The application was having the capability to show top Unique Audience per application/website, top application/websites used/visited with demographic details. The main challenge in this project is the magnitude of data in the data warehouse. The data was crossing several TBs in size.

Health care product which is used to manage hospitals, patient details, insurance details, claims details, insurance provider details, etc. It’s a integrated product which is used to track business flow and details of patient from admission to insurance claim. The product helps doctors and nurse or hospital staff to manage details of patient, track status of the patient. Assigning work to doctors or nurse, make reviews etc., It has i/p and o/p modules which is for in patient or out patient. They can easily manage patient details using this product. After discharging or taking service from hospital, service providers(Hospital) can directly claim for insurance settlement.

Insurance providers(or TPA) can manage their member details like coverage details, member history, member personal details, claims details etc.
