It is a product management system which isused by client to track and trace product.

Module based for schedule appointment of patient and manage each and every possible appointment slot. Front desk user can schedule appointment for respective location and doctor and it can be rescheduled, cancel, check-in and Check-out also. Provide dashboard to view all appointment using telerik tool.

This module is based for schedule customized report on daily, monthly, weekly and yearly basis. Front desk user can schedule or reschedule patients appointment with respective doctor and location. That scheduled report will be sent via mail or save on network path as per given format like excel or pdf format.

This module can contain information of practice and physician. When any new client come than first need to make practice which contain all information of newly coming practioners. When once practice added to project than need to add how many physician will be appear for practice so we can store all information of physician too.

This module designed for configure fiehr project on user level like what login option should be used by default, when password will expire than what standard should be used for create new password. This module also can set any user control like widget and we can put that widget in any place in project.

This module can contain all information of patient, their relatives, and guarantor. User directly can attach patients insurances, generate access code and can add patient pharmacy too. This module can be accessed by multiple places like clinical section, billing section, patient profile sections and appointment section.

Especially this project is made for US physician and it is windows(WPF) based project. It able to perform all types information related to patient's health, Physician Identity, Insurance Information etc.

This project basically created for import and export any type data like CSV excel file, XML file and I have used Sql server for it.

Project based for import excel CSV document in respective database tables with pure oops concept implementation. It takes flat file and convert flat file into entity and then save in database. User can ignore, Delete, Update and View any file in telerik grid view and as it will import information like Physician, Patient, Appointment, Charges, Contract, and Insurance etc. So user can export sample or complete respective data from database in different format like HTML, XML, CSV, TXT format like.
