Currently, emails received by the business are manually uploaded individually by a user and a correspondingFineos task is triggered as appropriate. This project is to automate the upload process to enhance business processand save time involved in the manual upload. The emails will be automatically uploaded directly from the respectiveemail box to Filenet. A new upload mechanism will be developed to upload the emails from the respective mail box tothe Filenet using Windows service. They are stored in Filenet and the corresponding Docid and Tasktype are returnedto Fineos. The Docid and Task type received will be the source of truth of input in Fineos and the correspondingindexing task is created for further processing. These indexing tasks will be listed in the Dept Tab queue.
