This is a web-based application designed to reward participant’s performance and deliver results. The program rewards participants with points, cash, or recognition. GOS is used to settle prime brokerage and stock borrowing/lending trades. It provides the links to real world settlement agents and maintains the books and records for this business.

It also creates General Ledger and position entries as a result of processing trades and sends instructions to SWIFT via Heliograph.The trade and settlement feeds are real time throughout the day and the users perform a number of on-line enquiries in the system each day.

An overnight batch performs close of business functionality and produces extract and reports for various downstream applications/user areas.The main business areas covered by GOS are Stock Loan and Prime Brokerage
