YouCoach is a central visualization and training tool to manage the performance and skills of AT&T field technicians.

AT&T Managers can view performance and skills of their technicians and assign or recommend training courses for them to improve their expertise.

AT&T Technicians can view their performance scores and the courses assigned to them. They can also complete the trainings in this tool.

The System also can assign trainings and courses to the technicians automatically based on an in-built set of rules created by human experts

Responsibilities: 1. Manage Team of 5 members who have varied skill sets 2. Communicate with Client over the phone, email, Chat messenger and in meetings. 2. Deliver Telcom solutions in three different modules viz. a) Admin b) PHP and c) Python. 3. Working with the development team in getting the functional tasks done as per the requirements given. 4. This is an enterprise application developed to work in Apple products. Using this app customers can apply for primary and family insurance policy online. They can upload the mandatory documents like Identity Card etc... using the app. They can check thestatus of their application and claim online.Customers can also register for insurance claims online.

· Incorporate enhancements using Spring Framework, RESTFUL Web services and Apache Camel.

· Use Agile development methodology framework using Scrum in the project.

· End to End development integrating with IOS operating system.

· Create persistence mechanism using JPA and Hibernate.

· Create queries using Hibernate Criteria.

This is a web based application developed mainly for managing the database server users and roles in the organization. This application uses robust JSF 2.x framework.

Responsibilities:

· Create JSF pages using prime faces UI extension.

· Create DAO Classes to connect and interact with database and business services.

· Create queries and scripts to execute against database.

R2 is the new name of the project and old name of the project was RAVERS (Rail Vehicle Records System) which is a mainframe application designed for automating managing trains in Europe. It is the common industry system used for component maintenance data and component maintenance planning. It was developed in COBOL and NATURAL with ADABAS as database and large VSAM files. It is now getting migrated to GUI based web application in Java. The current module that is being delivered is Work Package.

Responsibilities:

· Create End-To-End development of the Use Case starting from creation of the UI using JSF and Prime Faces, connecting the UI with JSF

managed bean and connecting the JSF managed beans with EJB stateless beans and JPA as persistence context.

· Also create JUnit Test Cases for all the service methods exposed to the client for doing fetch and save operations.

RequestCenter product is a java based web portal developed by Cisco Corporation that can be deployed on different application servers like Weblogic, websphere, jBoss and Oracle 9i App server.As a backend we can used Oracle, SqlServer databasesThe current application at WellsFargo is using Oracle 10g, Weblogic 11g on Unix platform.

RequestCenter is one of the market-leading solutions for organizations that seek a 'one-stop-shop' for service requests and a standardized request fulfillment process. The Service Catalog is a collection of services offered in the RequestCenter. It is highly actionable, interactive, and transactional in nature.

The key components of the RequestCenter product are:

· Service Catalog: Service Request provides a Web-based self-service request portal for end users. They can find available services on a role-based user interface, submit a request, and monitor delivery status.

· Request Fulfillment enables IT to streamline the fulfillment of service requests by accomplishing more tasks, faster and better, with the same or fewer resources. Service managers can track the overall delivery plan and refine the process to improve operational efficiency.

Service Request Libraries offer pre-built, configurable service content to create an actionable Service Catalog.

· Work on the enhancements on the existing/new services using Apache Axis, XML and Javascript technologies.

· Improve application performance and database tuning.

· Maintenance of Weblogic servers and deployment of Web applications.
