EMR which is stands for Electronic Medical Records. It replaces paper based medical records. It helps Providers and Nurses in the USA for faster processing of patient's medical records during their visits to the clinics. It is a clinical information system, which is dedicated to collecting, storing, manipulating and making available clinical information important tothe delivery of patient care. The central focus of such systems is clinical data and not financial or billing information. EMR Provides immediate access to the key information, ability to enter and store orders for prescriptions and tests. Maintain a data and information trail that can be readily analyzed for medical audit. We are using Mule ESB for integrating various third party components and different protocols.

PMS is a billing system for practice center. It is a individual billing module as well as integrated module of EMR. In this application we are providing to customer for billing in different ways. There are two main different process are patient pay and insurance pay. Pay is based on per visit per CPT or diagnosis.

Missouri Gas Energy wanted to develop a web based solution to create and manage various processes involved in PnM (Pressure and Measurement) workflow.

As a part of the solution, replacing the existing single user, standalone application to a multi user web based application. The PnM web based approach also enables all the MGEs District Regulator Stations to be automated for inspection process.

Components: P&M system shall have various components to describe gas distribution equipment’s. Some of the components identified are DRS, Valve, Odorizer, Pressure Recorder, Vaults, Meters, SCADA components and EGM components. These components can be created, updates and viewed in the P&M application. Components data are updated regularly based on the changes in the master data and other interdependent components. Each component shall also capture status information related to installation date, last inspection date and component status information.

Work Order: P&M application shall provide user options to create Inspection, Installation, Repair and Change work orders. All work orders created in the P&M application shall be sent to ETAdirect and inspected work orders send by the ETA direct shall be updates in the P&M application.

Users: P&M System users shall be categorized based on the privileges assigned, users shall be able to create updates and view components. P&M application users can initiate a work order for components and change status of work orders received by the P&M system.

Considering the need for continuity and to rein in the losses of the utilities, need was felt to continue the initiative of APDRP in 11th plan as well. On review of the status and benefits achieved of APDRP, it was felt that to have sustainable distribution business, it is essential to give impetus to IT enabling of the sector on an integrated platform. The IT platform shall assist in capturing and validating the energy and revenue model to gather in a transparent manner with accuracy.

Considering the difficulties of domain expertise in IT area of the utilities and the experiences the utilities had, it was considered necessary to prepare SRS template, which shall provide the IT infrastructure for drawing the baseline data while addressing the need of IT back bone in the area of distribution business process to capture the benefits of the investments on sustainable basis.
