Responsibilities:

o   Experience & hands-on in programming language – JAVA, JS, Python, Ruby, Scala etc. (minimal expectation is to be strong in at least one programming language)

o   Good exposure to ‘design patterns’, ‘design thinking’, ‘system thinking’, ‘cucumber’ concepts. If not implementation experience, should have read all relevant references.

o   Experience in writing Test Plans, Test Strategy, Experience of implementing testing & monitoring solutions for SIT, UAT and cutover phases.

o   Support building integrated solutions to address client needs, by means of experiments and POC’s.

o   Perform/supervise, test scripting for defined business scenarios.

o   Oversight the delivery chain and provide visibility on the progress & issues that affects the testing timeline, managing the entire defect lifecycle.

o   Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.

o   Test resource management (work allocation, monitoring, motivating etc.)

o   Support the development of our test automation expertise and the creation of test engineering frameworks.

o   Requirements:

o   Testing experience is MUST overall, 6-8 or 8+years of experience.

o   Hands on experience testing tools like – Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, Katalon, Tosca etc. Organization is looking forward to diversity in technology know-how, we welcome expertise in varieties of tools and frameworks.

o   Degree holder

o   Professional consulting experience in financial services, driving test strategies, standardizing test tools, test frameworks, and test processes to increase cost savings.

o   Excellent spoken and written English

o   Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations

o   Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues.

o  Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills.

Education

B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization.
