Qube Health is seeking an exceptional QA Software Engineer to join the early team. As we’re an early-stage startup, you’ll have the opportunity to set the trajectory of our products and help us build world-class user experiences across all of Qube Health’s products i.e., Qube Credit App, Qube Healthcare Marketplace, HR Dashboards etc. You will be a key contributor to the development of our payments, credit and data platforms, and ensure that it allows us to scale with the team as we introduce new products alongside our Care Now Pay Later product.

You will work closely with the product team and key stakeholders in order to develop high quality products and features that allow customers to achieve their goals with our software, and our teams to operate more efficiently as our business grows in both size and scope.

At Qube Health, Software Engineers are involved throughout the product lifecycle, from idea generation, design, and prototyping to execution, and shipping. You'll collaborate closely with technical and non-technical counterparts to understand our customers' problems and our product.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Mobile automation testing in any mobile automation tool like Appium.
2. Full responsibility for the quality of products we deliver.
3. Ownership of QA processes, test suites, test scenarios, testing tools etc.
4. Full involvement in entire product life cycle from requirement gathering to shipping
5. Building and mentoring a team of testers over a period since this role will be groomed for a QA lead position

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as QA Engineer for any product-based company preferable in the Fintech/Lending/Payments space
2. Understands the programming languages- PHP, Flutter, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
3. Strong experience with UI test automation frameworks like Selenium, Jenkins etc.
4. Experience with API and performance testing frameworks.
5. Candidate should be hands-on with SQL.
6. Candidate should have the knack of catching all edge cases :-)
