We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role requires hands-on technical expertise in Node.js backend and Solidity smart contracts, coupled with leadership responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with frontend engineers, understand and integrate their code, and ensure the timely readiness of end-to-end features. You will be wholly responsible for the stability and delivery speed of a module or the entire product. Together with the QA team, you will strive to reduce bugs and reworks.

We regard JIRA as a sacrosanct tool for managing tasks and projects, and we expect the successful candidate to adhere closely to its use, follow stories seriously, and have past experience in managing tasks and workflows through it.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end feature development and integration of Node.js backend and Solidity smart contracts.
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, understand their code, and integrate it seamlessly with backend functionalities.
• Maintain a clear understanding of web3 products and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Assume complete ownership of product stability and speed of delivery, working towards maximum efficiency and minimal rework and delays.
• Foster a close working relationship with the QA team to ensure low bug incidence and prompt resolution.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce coding standards and best practices within the team.
• Take task and project management seriously by keeping JIRA updated and following stories closely.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in backend development using Node.js.
• Proven experience in developing Solidity smart contracts.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of web3 products.
• Prior experience in a leadership role, managing end-to-end feature development.
• Experience in collaborating with frontend engineers and integrating frontend code with backend services.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, focusing on minimizing bugs and reworks.
• Experience in task and project management using JIRA, demonstrating a track record of following stories closely.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers and foster a positive team environment.
