transforming ideas into reality by building highly functional applications with Ruby on Rails. We are looking for full-stack RoR software developers with 2-4 years of experience with the following expectations:

Technology

● Ruby, Rails v5, 6 (v7 & Hotwire good to have)

● HTML, CSS

● Javascript, jQuery (TypeScript, React/VueJS/AngularJS good to have)

● MySQL/PostgreSQL

● Testing: rspec, capybara (cucumber/jasmine good to have)

● Deployment: Heroku, capistrano

● Git, Github

Process

● Familiarity with Agile, Scrum processes and roles

Skills

● Write readable, maintainable and scalable code

● Know OO design and patterns

● Design optimized database schema

● Self-learning and self-motivated

● Good and clear communication skills - both verbal and written

● Should be able to handle client communication

● Should be able to lead a team/project
