Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development with a focus on Java 8 programming, SQL, and Spring. You will be responsible for building robust and scalable backend systems, working closely with front-end developers, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality backend systems using Java 8.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data manipulation and extraction.
• Implement and manage Spring-based applications, with a preference for Spring Boot.
• Design and optimize data structures (DS) and algorithms (Algo) to solve complex problems efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Must-Have Skills:

• Java 8 Programming: Proficient in core Java 8 concepts, including OOP, multithreading, and exception handling.
• SQL Coding: Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries, optimizing database performance, and ensuring data integrity.
• Spring Framework: Experience with Spring, with Spring Boot being a significant plus.
• Data Structures & Algorithms: Solid understanding of data structures like arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, and algorithms for sorting, searching, etc.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex problems using efficient algorithms and data structures.
