Requirement:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in application support or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Role and responsibility:

• Provide first and second-level support to users experiencing application issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software problems, escalating complex issues to the development team when necessary.
• Document and track all support requests using a ticketing system.
• Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide timely updates on issue resolution.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and other support documentation.
