 Experience in full cycle new product development of project, BTP & BTS.

 Good experience in design & development work of Electrical/Electronic and Mechatronics

sub-system for Marine/Naval electronics hardware systems.

 Good knowledge of Electronics/Mechanical systems, component selection, Proficiency in

circuit architect and PCB layout.

 Awareness of basic engineering calculations with knowledge of Quality systems -Safety

Standards, ISO.

 Participating in kick off meetings for projects to identify hardware requirements and the

appropriate dependencies in collaboration with a multidisciplinary project team.

 Conduct Process reviews the Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA) sessions to

identify project risks and develop response plans.

 Implementation of PLM SAP activities.

 Previous experience of conducting hardware architect design, testing, validation and

troubleshooting of Electronics system.

 Knowledge of microprocessor, embedded controller/FPGA, analog/digital system and circuit

design.

 Understanding and experience with battery management system, motor controller, power

electronics and communication interface (CAN, UART, SPI, I2C etc)

 Analyzing engineering designs for underwater project requirement.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Ability to comprehend and follow directions.

 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software program.

 Experience with manufacturing process development and PLM process.
