KeyCollegiate seeks a dynamic and innovative Director of Training & Development to lead and elevate our learning and development programs. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and performance management. They will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with KeyCollegiate’s strategic objectives. This includes needs assessment, curriculum development, delivery methods (both online and in-person), and assessment of training effectiveness. The Director will collaborate closely with various departments to identify training needs and tailor programs to specific roles and skill gaps. A strong emphasis will be placed on developing leadership capabilities, enhancing employee skills, and driving organizational performance through impactful learning initiatives. The Director will also manage the training budget and resources effectively, staying abreast of current learning trends and technologies to ensure KeyCollegiate's training programs remain cutting-edge and impactful. This individual should be a highly effective communicator and collaborator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and foster a strong learning culture throughout the organization. Experience in developing and implementing online learning programs, utilizing learning management systems, and leveraging data analytics to measure training effectiveness are highly valued. Requirement:

• Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in Training and Development
• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and performance management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting related to training effectiveness
