What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build, execute, and optimize campaigns using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, WhatsApp, and Content Builder.
• Leverage Audience Builder to create and manage dynamic audience segments.
• Drive end-to-end integration between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
• Support IP warming strategies to maintain high email deliverability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Discovery and Demo call with Client stakeholder
• Internal team alignment.

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools:
• Email Studio
• Mobile Studio
• WhatsApp Messaging
• Audience Builder
• Content Builder
• Digital Engagement
• Analytics for SFMC
• Knowledge of AMPscript or SQL for advanced personalization and segmentation.

• Good understanding of integration between Salesforce CRM and SFMC (API, connectors, data syncing, etc.)
• Familiarity with IP warming and email deliverability best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• SFMC certifications are a plus.
