Role Overview:

We’re looking for an AI Engineering Leader to lead end-to-end AI product development for global supply chain and retail transformation. This role requires managing R&D AI projects, mentoring teams, and driving innovation using Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI projects from planning to deployment
• Build Generative AI solutions (e.g., ChatGPT integration)
• Develop and integrate deep learning and reinforcement learning models
• Own the full ML lifecycle: experimentation to monitoring
• Solve complex problems using sparse/incomplete datasets
• Keep abreast of AI research to drive innovation and IP generation
• Collaborate across functions to ensure delivery of AI roadmaps

Mandatory Skills:

• 4–6 years of experience in at least 2 of the following:
• Generative AI
• Deep Learning
• NLP
• Computer Vision
• Reinforcement Learning
• AI Planning & Scheduling
• Strong leadership in AI/ML product delivery
• Solid understanding of project management for AI initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• (Preferred) Knowledge of Dynamic Programming
