Database & Warehouse (Oracle & Snowflake)

• Strong understanding of relational data models

Core Java

• Build and maintain batch jobs for data processing/system integrations

CI/CD Support

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline delivery workflows

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (minimum).
• 10+ years of experience with Java-based data management applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience customizing and implementing IBM MDM AE and SE.
• Strong Core Java, web, and API development experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS S3 and Google Cloud Storage (GCS).
• Proficient in SQL (queries, stored procedures).
• Solid understanding of batch processing and real-time API methodologies (sync/async).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment collaboration tools.
• Experience with automation tools like UC4, Airflow.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Support the core of the Customer Data platform (IBM MDM Advanced Edition v12.0) with various customizations and extensions.
• Support API and Batch Interfaces around the MDM Hub.
• Design and lead the upcoming migration of the Master Data Hub to a new platform.
• Support integrations of the MDM Hub with data cleansing and standardization platforms like SAP.
• Analyze data quality issues and discrepancies; apply corrective actions.
• Support data compliance processes (Data Retention, CCPA, DNS, Data Retrieval, etc.).
• Analyze master data in conjunction with transactional data in the warehouse (Snowflake).
• Monitor and support system maintenance tasks and automation services.
