Qualifications

·         Minimum 7 years of post-graduate architectural experience, including project management

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program

·         Licensed Architect in NC (or actively on the path to licensure)

·         Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit is a strong plus

·         Strong design, documentation, and construction phase experience

·         Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills

·         Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

·         Creative, detail-oriented, and solution-driven professional

·         Must be able to work onsite at our Greensboro, NC office and participate in occasional local travel for site visits
