Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced C++ Developer with 4 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern C++ (C++11/14/17), with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain software solutions using C++.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust applications.
• Debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong programming skills in C++11/14/17 and Object-Oriented Design.
• Experience with STL, multithreading, and data structures/algorithms.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environment and command-line tools.
• Hands-on experience with CMake, Makefiles, or similar build systems.
• Familiar with version control tools like Git.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Boost, Qt, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with socket programming, network protocols, or inter-process communication.
• Exposure to scripting languages like Python, Shell scripting, etc.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• Unit testing using Google Test, Boost.Test, or equivalent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 years of relevant software development experience in C++.
