Requirements:

• A Ph.D. in a relevant field with a strong academic record and a passion for teaching and research
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with students, colleagues, and industry partners
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in digital tools, learning management systems, and educational software
• Ability to design and deliver engaging courses, assess student learning, and provide constructive feedback
• Experience with curriculum development, academic advising, and mentoring students
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in your area of expertise, using innovative pedagogies and technologies to enhance student learning
• Develop and implement research projects, secure funding, and publish scholarly articles in reputable journals
• Mentor and advise students, providing guidance on academic and professional development
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes, assess program effectiveness, and contribute to accreditation processes
• Participate in departmental and institutional service, including committee work, faculty governance, and community engagement
• Stay current with developments in your field, attending conferences, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance your expertise and knowledge

Budget:

• The salary for this position is up to ₹1,200,000 per year, paid on a payroll basis
