Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager to lead our IAM strategy, implementation, and operations. The IAM Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, deployment, and maintenance of identity and access governance solutions to ensure secure and compliant user access across systems, applications, and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IAM team to ensure effective administration of user identities and access rights across all enterprise systems.
- Design and implement IAM strategies, including role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege principles, and zero-trust security.
- Oversee provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, SSO, MFA, and federation processes.
- Manage IAM tools and platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, Azure AD, CyberArk, or equivalent.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from IT, HR, Compliance, and Security to enforce identity governance policies and standards.
- Conduct periodic access audits, certification campaigns, and compliance reporting (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Drive continuous improvement by automating IAM processes and enhancing user experience while maintaining security.
- Monitor, respond to, and mitigate IAM-related incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Evaluate new IAM technologies and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IAM, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong hands-on experience with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk, ForgeRock).
- In-depth understanding of identity lifecycle management, directory services (LDAP, AD), SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
- Solid knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience with cloud identity and security (AWS IAM, Azure AD B2C, Google Cloud IAM).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, Azure Security Engineer, Identity and Access Administrator Associate, etc.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with DevSecOps and integrating IAM with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of PAM (Privileged Access Management) tools and strategies.
- Exposure to ITSM systems and integration (e.g., ServiceNow).
