Short Job Description: 

Looking for an experienced L3 Software Support Engineer with strong debugging, log analysis, OS & database knowledge, and SEMI domain exposure. Responsible for production support, troubleshooting, SW upgrades, and customer issue resolution.

Log Analysis & Troubleshooting

Experience with querying, debugging, and managing DB issues in production 

New Installations/SW Upgrades 

Experience with software rollouts, patches, and version upgrades 

SEMI Domain 

Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing tools and standards 

SW Development/Testing/Integration 

Participate in roadmap, testing, and feature validations 

Communication & Problem Solving 

Strong verbal/written communication with proactive problem-solving attitude
