Job Opportunity: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: New Mexico

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

A respected and well-established organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges such as ASD, OCD, and ADHD.

As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Your expertise will directly contribute to positive behavior change and skill development in clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify target behaviors.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide ongoing treatment.
  • Adjust interventions as necessary based on data trends and client progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client services and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members to promote a supportive and communicative work environment.
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and training to behavior technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Active Maryland license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and compassionate communication abilities.

Job Type & Schedule:

  • Part-Time: 1–3 days per week
  • Full-Time: 36–48 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $120,000 – $135,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
