We are looking for a skilled and dependable MIG Welder with experience in aluminum welding to join our team in Colorado Springs. This position requires at least 1 year of hands-on MIG welding experience and the ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.

You must be able to pass a hands-on welding test and consistently produce high-quality welds. Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves lifting 50–100 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

• Perform aluminum MIG welding per specifications
• Read and follow blueprints and weld symbols
• Inspect welds for accuracy and strength
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
