Required Skills – Service Mapping:

• Strong understanding of Service Mapping concepts and architecture.
• Ability to analyze and interpret end-to-end service maps.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Creating service maps using ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Understanding and configuring entry points and CI relationships.
• Identifying and fulfilling prerequisites for discovery.
• Performing mid-server configurations and network access validations.
• Proficient in Discovery process:
• Running probes and sensors.
• Identifying dependencies and mapping services accurately.
• Experience in modifying or creating discovery patterns to tailor service identification.
• Ability to troubleshoot and remediate errors in Service Mapping processes and outputs.
• Familiarity with best practices and performance tuning related to service maps.
