Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our team, specializing in Casino Defense Litigation and Employment Law. Key Responsibilities

- Support senior attorneys in case evaluation and litigation strategy development

- Represent clients in employment litigation, administrative hearings, and internal investigations

- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal correspondence

- Participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

- Engage in settlement discussions and draft related agreements

- Maintain organized and compliant case files

- Perform legal research and prepare timely legal documentation

- Handle additional legal tasks as assigned

Qualifications

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

- Active New Jersey Bar license required

- 2–4 years of experience in defense litigation (casino/hospitality law experience a plus)

- Strong understanding of employment law

- Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software
