Position Summary

Our client is hiring an energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Representative to help grow their customer base in the Buffalo–Niagara Falls region. Ideal candidates have a competitive mindset, a proactive approach to lead generation, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads via outbound cold calls, emails, and inbound inquiries

Conduct research on prospects to personalize outreach

Understand customer needs and buying behavior to drive conversions

Accurately manage CRM records and sales pipeline data

Provide regular updates and insights to leadership

Qualifications:

Prior B2B sales experience strongly preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Self-starter with a goal-driven attitude
