Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs
• Document requirements and system changes clearly and thoroughly
• Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with business goals
• Support application enhancement efforts and integrated project delivery
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
• Assist in aligning vendor efforts with internal processes and strategies
• Prepare solution options, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience analyzing business systems and user needs
• 4+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience with Medicaid or CHIP systems
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a SAFe Agile environment
