Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records for all patients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Manage the receipt, processing, and distribution of medical records, including requests from healthcare providers and patients

Develop and implement effective medical records management systems, including policies and procedures for record-keeping and confidentiality

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that medical records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible

Provide training and support to staff members on medical records management systems and procedures

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously evaluate and improve medical records management processes
