• Strong technical skills, including typing accuracy and speed

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Respond to online chat inquiries from patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and helpful information about our healthcare services, including appointment scheduling, test results, and medical records
• Resolve issues and concerns in a compassionate and empathetic manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolve complex issues
• Utilize knowledge of our services to provide personalized support and recommendations to customers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of online chat conversations and customer interactions
