Requirements:

• A strong understanding of account management principles, practices, and techniques, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of1 year of experience in account management or a related role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth, expand existing relationships, and identify new opportunities
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes
• Conduct regular business reviews, analyze client feedback, and make data-driven decisions to optimize account performance and growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to stay ahead of the curve
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices to drive team performance and success

Budget:

• The maximum budget for this role is $120,000 per year, paid through payroll
• The ideal candidate will have between1 and30 years of experience in account management or a related field
