Requirements:

• A strong understanding of order management systems and tracking processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Proficiency in using various software applications, including order management tools and Microsoft Office
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to think critically
• A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, logistics, or supply chain management

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including procurement, logistics, and customer service teams
• Process and track orders, ensuring that all necessary documentation and information is accurate and up-to-date
• Conduct regular audits and analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimize order management processes
• Collaborate with the procurement team to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to orders in a timely and professional manner
