Your Mission

• Design & Build: Create intelligent, domain-specific Copilot agents that integrate deeply with Microsoft 365, Azure AI, and enterprise data sources.
• Architect for Scale: Produce clear, future-ready architectures that handle millions of queries securely and efficiently.
• Integrate & Automate: Connect Copilot to SQL, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, APIs — and automate workflows end-to-end.
• Lead & Mentor: Share your expertise with cross-functional teams and help grow the organization’s AI capability.
• Innovate Constantly: Stay ahead of Microsoft Copilot innovations and emerging AI trends.

What You Bring

• 12+ years in software development; 5+ years in AI/ML projects.
• Proven enterprise-level Copilot Studio development experience.
• Expertise in Power FX, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI.
• Strong programming in C# and SQL.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Bot Framework.
• DevOps familiarity (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines).
• Exceptional documentation and diagramming skills (Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart).
