Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the adoption and implementation of Oracle Redwood UX principles across Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Design and develop user-centric interfaces using Oracle’s Redwood Design System.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to gather UI/UX requirements and translate them into Redwood-compliant designs.
• Customize Oracle Fusion pages and components to align with Redwood branding and accessibility standards.
• Support Redwood UI configurations for HCM, ERP, SCM, or CX modules.
• Maintain consistency across applications while enhancing usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Stay up-to-date on Oracle Redwood enhancements and roadmap updates to ensure best-in-class user experience.
• Provide Redwood design consultations for development teams to guide UI improvements and customizations.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or other tools aligned with Redwood standards.

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of Oracle Redwood Design System and Fusion Applications UX.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (HCM, ERP, SCM, or CX).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS).
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design techniques.
• Ability to create pixel-perfect UIs using Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle Visual Builder Studio and Redwood components.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
