Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in construction quality assurance, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations
• Technical skills in quality management software, including proficiency in tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Certifications such as CCQA, CQA, or LEED AP are highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement quality control plans, checklists, and procedures to guarantee high-quality construction outcomes
• Collaborate with construction teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for process improvement, providing recommendations for enhanced quality and efficiency
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure that materials and equipment meet specified requirements
• Prepare and submit reports, including quality control metrics, inspection results, and recommendations for improvement
