Requirements:

• Proficiency in desktop operating systems, including Windows and macOS
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
• Experience with IT service management tools, such as ticketing systems and inventory management software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide level1 and level2 technical support to internal clients, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical problems, using a range of diagnostic tools and techniques
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and other mobile devices
• Develop and maintain documentation of IT procedures, processes, and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new IT projects and initiatives
• Conduct regular maintenance and upkeep of IT systems, including software updates, backups, and virus scans
