• ???? Lead development & management of Dynamics 365 & Power Platform projects
• ???? Handle requirements gathering, fit-gap, design, config, implementation, testing, and support
• ???? Act as SME & primary contact for D365 development efforts/issues
• ???? Customize, configure, develop, deploy & troubleshoot D365/Power Platform solutions
• ???? Create documentation, mockups, prototypes, and governance approaches
• ???? Liaison between VITA & customer agencies; manage issue tracking & resolution
• ???? Guide customers on best-fit solutions (D365, PowerApps, Power Automate vs alternatives)

???? Required/Desired Skills

• ???? Experience with Microsoft GCC tenant & Virginia state agencies
• ???? Expertise in model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
• ⚙️ Knowledge of solution management, environment variables, reusable components
• ???? Experience with D365 Customer Service, Field Service, or Sales modules
• ???? Proficiency in custom connectors, Azure Functions, API integrations
• ???? Role-based security configuration in Power Platform/D365
• ???? Skilled in data migration tools
• ???? Familiar with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• ???? Strong knowledge of MS licensing models for Dynamics365 & Power Platform
• ✅ Adherence to VITA standards, IT governance, enterprise architecture
