Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (Accounts Receivable & Billing), PeopleTools (PeopleCode, App Packages, App Engine, Cobol, SQR), and Integration Broker (REST/SOAP/JSON/XML).
• Strong expertise in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Linux scripting, AWE, and creating technical design documents from business requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft O365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio) and experience collaborating in large team environments using MS Teams.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with public sector projects, preferably Texas CPA CAPPS Financials or Treasury Offset Program (TOP).
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Jira, Scrum, or STAT.
