Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and map them to LN functionalities.
• Configure LN modules (SCM, Finance, Manufacturing, Projects).
• Provide technical expertise in LN customizations, integrations, and solution design.
• Lead workshops, gather business requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive effective solutions.
• Work on related systems (Factory Track, CPQ, PLM) to ensure seamless integration.
• Support implementations, upgrades, and cloud migration projects.
• Deliver end-user training and create detailed functional/technical documentation.

Skills Required:

• Required a minimum of 10 years of experience
• Strong functional expertise in one or more LN modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics).
• Proven technical skills in LN customizations, extensions, integrations, and technical architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Infor OS, ION, APIs, workflows, and BODs for integrations.
• Knowledge of related systems such as Factory Track, CPQ, and PLM.
• End-to-end project implementation experience (both on-premises and cloud).
• Ability to prepare functional and technical specifications, and support SIT/UAT.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
